Turkish State has killed hundreds of people by attacking to the cities and urban areas for last one year. These attacks were done barbarously, inhumanly and wildly resulted with destroying completely the old cities and ruining all buildings.
The State forces has declared the months-dated curfews for preventing the inhabitants’ essential livelihood necessities starting with water, food, electricity and the health issues. By doing this policy, the State forces has destroyed the whole substructure of houses, buildings and city centrals in order to achieve their goal of mass migration of people and so then the mandatory evacuation of urban areas. Cizîr, Sûr, Nisêbîn, Gever, Şirnex, Silopî, Hezex, Dêrik and Kerboran were the primary cities which have witnessed this dirty politics.
Lastly, the curfew declared for Şirnex city centre since 14 March 2016 has being maintained for over six months. Turkish State have still destroyed and ruined all the houses in 9 neighbourhoods indiscramantely whether they are damaged or secured during the conflicts.
The inhabitants of Şirnex city centre have been forced to migrate mandatorly. Therefore over 1000 families migrated to Dergul region, approximately 400 families to the Basê Germav region which are both naked and infertile hillsides plateous closed to the city. Over 1500 families to the Qileban, approximately 1000 families to the Silopî, 400 families to the Cizîr, nearly 400 families to Eruh and 2000 families to the Sêrt city centre. All of these thousands of people including the elder, the kids and babies have pursued their lives under very strict inhuman conditions flimsy and jerry-built homes and tents.
It is a very emergent call that the people of Şirnex are going to be very much victimized if the obligatory precautions are taken in regards with oncoming very hard, snowy and cold winter season. These people have sustained their lives under very difficult conditions and the autumn and winter are quite hard times for this mountainous region. Therefore, the people of Şirnex are emergently required the winter tents, stoves, blankets and mattresses.
The Heyva Sor a Kurdistane, cherity organization for Kurdistan, has defined this aid campaign as a human and ethical responsibility and primary duty for itself, and tries to do its best for saving these heroic people.
Based on this goal, we have already started an emergent aid campaign in order to provide these immigrants with the winter tents, stoves, blankets and mattresses.
Our call for all the benevolent, charitable, friends and patriots living at outside Kurdistan is to lend a helping hand to the people of Şirnex based on humanitary responsibility and ethical conciousness.
